Expat son and I, still are ill with the Virus/cold. If we are not feeling better by Friday with the OTC cold medicine that the Clinic gave us, we are to go in again and be seen. The fevers are at least in the 99 -100 range instead of the 102-103 degree range. We had our showers and the steam helped a little to clear some of the fog from our brains. Expat son has put in a tape of old Flintstones re-runs that were taped about 10 years ago off of the TNT channel for Expat daughter and husband to watch when she was small. So son is clean, freshly showered, in new clean pajamas and tucked into the Island upstairs in the family room with tea to drink and a box of Kleenex at his side.
My plan is much the same today. I through together the ingredients into the bread machine for Bread. No toast this morning since there was no bread. I had to get that done. The only thing I really had to do today. I decided after the shower it would be movie day for me too. I will have my island in the living room with the same things expat son has, only my choice of Movies will star all the hot men that I enjoy to watch so much on screen. The movies playing today on my screen will be The Philadelphia Story . I love Cary Grant he was very handsome, suave and debonair. This movie is a great classic. Playing next will be Laws of Attraction, Pierce Brosnan the guy still can give me a soft on. ( Female version of a hard on ) Loved him when I was a teenager in Remington Steele too! Too much information? Sorry I am very honest about my feelings. Next up is Notting Hill Hugh Grant with his floppy hair. I think his new style is better though. Next will be What a Girl Wants expat daughter likes Oliver James he is cute cute cute. But it is Colin Firth that I watch the movie for, he is Hot Hot Hot! What I said of Brosnan earlier, ditto for Colin Firth! Might have to pullout Pride and Prejudice too, he was very nice, in the wet shirt.
So time to make a cuppa tea, hit the sofa, turn on the movie machine.
