Many times people, myself included forget how easy it is to make a roast. As I look at this recipe, I am reminded how easy it really is to do. It also frees up some time to do other things while the meat roasts away in the oven, or just gives you the time to sit and enjoy that really good book you have been dying to sit down and begin reading.

Pork Roast
5kg. Pork Roast – cut of meat from the neck area of the Pork
Salt and Pepper the meat all over, you may also add any herb that you like for example Karla used dry Oregano today.
Roast in oven @ 220C for approximately 2 hours. The timing depends on the size of the cut of pork you have; a smaller piece will need less time.
This fed 10 of us with some left over.
