This is such a no brainer and it hit me as I was flying by the seat of my pants as usual!
I took out some chicken to have hubby do on the BBQ, well it rained that day and so I ended up doing the chicken inside. I had a lot going on that day so was not in the mood to do too much thinking.
I also walked Expat daughter through a Pasta Salad which she made the night before in anticipation of a BBQ. She is starting to show an interest in cooking which I am happy to see happen. I think the interest is coming on as she will be heading to college in the near future and she does not want to starve.
